Meagan J. Reed is the newest Associate attorney at Timothy M. Cary & Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reed worked as a law clerk in the Legal Department of California Environmental Protection Agency, Waste Management Board. Ms. Reed also worked for the California Parole Advocacy Program where she had first-hand experience attending and preparing for parole revocation hearings and for client interviews. Ms. Reed also worked for the Family Court Facilitator’s Office in Boulder, Colorado where she assisted with pro se divorces.
Since joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Reed has been actively involved in drafting pleadings and preparing documentation for civil litigation cases. In addition to conducting legal research on numerous issues, Ms. Reed has also participated in contract negotiations and real property transactions.
