Andrew Briggs concentrates on the practice of Construction and Business Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Texas. He has represented clients in a variety of both litigation and transactional matters including the favorable settlement of numerous civil litigation cases and successful acquisition of a product line from a foreign company.
Most recently, Mr. Briggs assisted Timothy M. Cary and Associates in recovering millions of dollars for a public school district from its defunct construction management company in the context of complex civil and bankruptcy litigation. The dispute involved complex issues revolving around construction bonding requirements in public works contracts, breach of contract disputes and professional negligence claims.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Briggs has over 12 years experience in business acquisitions, turnarounds, engineering, and construction management. He is also licensed as a professional engineer in the State of Missouri.
